Earth Ra Mobile Massage Service: Terms, Conditions, & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Earth Ra Massage! We are committed to providing you with a high-quality, convenient mobile massage experience. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to manage our schedule efficiently, please carefully read and agree to our terms, conditions, and cancellation policy before booking your appointment.

1. Our Services

  • Earth Ra Massage provides professional mobile massage therapy services at your specified location.

  • All therapists are licensed and insured in Arizona.

  • Our services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, reporting to authorities, and full payment will be required.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system: earthramassage.as.me

  • Full payment for your selected service is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

  • By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including our cancellation and no-show policies.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a suitable environment: Clients must ensure a safe, clean, and private space for the massage service. This area should be free from distractions like pets or children, and importantly, there should be no evidence of illicit drug use or the strong odor of marijuana. Your therapist reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or violates this policy. In such cases, your payment will be refunded, minus a $50 refusal of service fee.

  • Health Information: Please accurately complete our intake form, including any relevant medical history, allergies, or current conditions. This information is crucial for your safety and to tailor the massage to your needs. All health information is kept confidential.

  • Punctuality: We want to make your mobile massage experience as smooth as possible. Here's what to expect regarding your therapist's arrival, setup, and departure:

    • Your therapist will arrive at your provided address exactly at your scheduled appointment time (e.g., if your appointment is at 1:00 PM, your therapist will be there at 1:00 PM).

    • Please allow about 30 minutes for your therapist to set up their equipment and complete a brief consultation with you before your massage begins.

    • Once your massage is finished, please allow another 30 minutes for your therapist to pack up their equipment.

    • Here's an example: If you've booked a 90-minute massage for 1:00 PM:

      • Your therapist arrives and begins setup/consultation at 1:00 PM. (30 minutes)

      • Your 90-minute massage starts around 1:30 PM and ends at 3:00 PM.

      • Your therapist packs up from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. (30 minutes)

      • You can expect your therapist to leave your residence around 3:30 PM.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Required Notice: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to other clients and adjust our travel schedule.

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • Within 48 hours of appointment: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 100% (the total cost) of the scheduled service price will be retained as a cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.

    • Outside 48 hours of appointment: If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, a flat fee of $50 will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • No Penalty for Rescheduling: There is no penalty for rescheduling your appointment, regardless of when the request is made (within or outside 48 hours of the original appointment time).

    • Reschedule Limit: Each appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of one time.

    • Subsequent Reschedules or Cancellations after Reschedule: If you need to change or cancel an appointment that has already been rescheduled once, our standard cancellation fees will apply based on the notice given for the latest appointment time.

  • How to Cancel/Reschedule: To manage your appointment (reschedule or cancel), please use the link provided in your original appointment confirmation email. This is the easiest and most efficient way to make changes within our policy guidelines.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply. This is to ensure we can remain on schedule for subsequent clients. Depending on the extent of the delay, your therapist may determine there is insufficient time remaining to provide a beneficial service, and the "No-Show" policy (Section 5) may be applied.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and no prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling is provided, you will be considered a "no-show." 100% of the scheduled service price will be retained as a no-show fee. No refund will be issued.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations (as per section 4) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that credit card processing fees incurred on the original transaction are non-refundable by the payment processor and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

7. Therapist Cancellation

  • In the rare event that your therapist needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, hazardous travel conditions), you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

8. Disclaimers

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis. We do not diagnose illnesses or injuries.

  • Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any changes in health status or discomfort during the session.

9. Agreement to Terms

  • By proceeding with booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
